There are numerous impurities and toxins introduced to the body on a daily basis that can be removed naturally when given accurate nutrition, asana practice, pranayama, and meditation. Over time, food combinations that are difficult to process can build up resulting in sluggish digestion and a foggy mind. By detoxing, or providing the body with rest through nutritious and easily digestible food, the body will kick start its natural purification process again - reviving you
with energy and a fresh perspective on life!

How You Will Wring Yourself Clean: Meet for a one on one appointment PRE and POST Detox week with Julie Marx, RD, Director of NutritionWorks.  This will include an assessment and personalized meal plan for the entire Detox week. Follow your meal plan and enhance your body's purification process with 5 days of yoga designed specifically for purification.

All in all you will receive - 5 daily, detox specifice classes and 1 evening Restorative taught by Chrissy Carter, 1 ear point Acupuncture group session, 2 private Nutrition consults with a personalized Detox Diet Plan!

Open to all levels.
