The hip joint is one of the largest and most versatile joints in the body. In this workshop, Chrissy will guide students of all levels through a fun and exploratory practice that promotes both hip flexibility and strength. Examining both accessible poses like Trikonasana and more challenging poses such as the arm balance, Eka Pada Galavasana, we'll release physical and emotional tension, creating happy, healthy hips!
